What happened in 2010?

Hey!
As 2010 ends, we look back at the passed year. Remember all the fun we had and relive it once again in our memories. I can't even remember last weeks parties so it's a bit of a challenge for me.
The highlights I do remember from 2010,
I:
> played 11 shows with 15 to 1200 guests,
> remixed 6 songs,
> had songs on 2 releases, one in France,
> had 80 people listen to my xmas gabber,
> was on TV,
> crashed a mixer,
> had 9 parties at my place and on the balcony,
> posed for photos,
> was featured on 39 blogs,
> painted 6 paintings and exhibited 2 in Kumu,
> got lost in Rome and met local girls,
> learned mixing and arrangement,
> posted 26 times on this blog.
That's what I recall,  I probably forgot some wild stuff.
Now to remember all the parties, rooftops and squares I will have to make it to tonight.
This stencil is a tribute to me from 2008 by a local artist.
Most of the shows of 2010:
> “Järelöö” Nott, Tartu
> "Back to reality check" Protest, Tallinn
> "Public frenemies" Plink Plonk, Tartu
> “Sleepwalkers brukout” Von krahl, Tallinn
> “Jurjev Supersonic” Genclub, Tartu
> “Lift off” copterline helioport, Tallinn
> “Factory night” factory, Tartu
> “Neotropic” Maailm, Tartu
> “Death by pop” Telliskivi, Tallinn
> “Ecstasy the new frequency” Genclub, Tartu
> “Neljapäev with lazers” Maailm, Tartu

There were some spontaneous Dj gigs as well but who can recall all of them. I know for sure that the last party in the Factory was wild. I had only three CDs with me, one of them was old school electro. I've never mixed as bad as then and had people dancing like that. My friend Kiwanoid fell off the counter while dancing and the party lasted until 10am. Truely a grande finale.

I am happy to finally see a video of the Public frenemies party. Strangely it was recorded at the slowest moment of my set. The track doesn't have a name and no lyrics. I'm on the left with Chungin next to me and my dancer up front. The best show this year along with NWL and Sleepwalkers brukout.

My promises for the new year:
> Play Ep will get released,
> I will sing on my tracks and at the shows,
> more wild stuff on this blog next year.

I have your present.

You came for your present, right? It's under the tree and so hot it lit it on fire - remix of Malcolm Lincoln - Danz and wadz da cloudz. Push play and read how two ballerinas suggested that I remix our Eurovision talent. They wanted to play it at their ballerina Christmas party. Unfortunately it was interrupted by a gang of Russians who wanted to listen to hardstyle instead. Why is it hardstyle? It's not hard and it has no style. The first opportunity for style is 25th as I Dj with friends in our local bar. No live show this time, but I will play some unexpected tracks.
My trash style remix is ready to pleasure you on the dancefloors. Enjoy it and share it with others. Robin Juhkental from Malcolm Lincoln thought it was coolio. Your gift to me is to like me on Facebook, follow on google and bookmark this page so we'll see soon enough. Bring a friend to my blog or Järelöö party>
Do you find the backwards Santa confusing? Christmas is confusing. Where are the good Christmas parties, miracles and why is Arnold Schwarzenegger flying around in a superhero costume?
I prefer the new years eve, the night of drinking champagne to kiss everyone at midnight. Rockets and champagne corks flying to the bright night sky. The most parties are happening, but how many can you make it to? My personal record is six. Seven if you count the afterparty in my bed. Looking forward to it all again and hopefully see you there.

This post is under destruction #2

But don't worry. Read what I remember from yesterday and check back tomorrow for updates and photos>
You know the "last nights party" feeling? You know you'll feel it in the morning when you go backstage and it's filled with various drinks. I'm feeling it. What happened last night? - Back to reality(check).

All painted in neon colors we were under the black lights on the dancefloor. Glowing dancers in the dark were quite a spectacle. I played to people I appreciated: friends who have never seen my show, members of Mimicry, my sister and her boyfriend. I dropped the killer Malcolm Lincoln remix in the end. You will get it for xmas. Malcolm and Mimicry were cool on the stage, they had people playing with fire while they were playing.
/---/
After my show I spent most of the time in the backstage. Me and Malcolms agreed on "Don't drink too much before you play". We drank to that, but after the show. I also helped the girls with neon make up. I designed two lucky girls and enjoyed it, they enjoyed whining.
/---/
You will get the bangers like I S2 U soon I'm working on the next release.

Thanks to some, who didn't come!

My minimix with fre$h tracks is this posts soundtrack,

don't start reading before you push play>
Can you hear how I love you now? It gives you the feel of my show.
Public Frenemies party was incredible. A hundred partygoers but what a positive vibe. All the douchebags, brutes and annoying girls we didn't want to see at our party weren't there. You know what I mean. It felt like being with your lost friends again. There were some friends we had never met before but every one was in the right mood. You were offered candy bracelets, vodka in rainbow colors and refreshments. Girls in sexy outfits greeted you on the corners. Somewhat of a candyraver flashback. Surprising even us, we had a surprise act. One of the performers had broken a leg the day before because of the massive snow and so Mc Lord from Öökülm came to lay down some rhymes. Some time ago he said in a magazine that he would like my Windshield Pfeiffer to be played at his funeral (so it wouldn't be dull). But wouldn't you?
My show was charged with energy as usual but this time I also had a dancer on stage with me. If you remember then it's not the first time I've had a show with a crazy dancer. She was doing her broken robot as she called it on stage and the people loved it. People love girls and if that girl is as crazy as my go-go dancer then we love her even more. You can see her preparing to dance with pink vodka on the picture below.
Other people came on the stage to get a shot, to shout or to play the cowbell. Some gave their part on the dancefloor, especially the girl who told me that she had hated my music a year ago. There were also bandmembers, models and photographers attending. We all contributed to the experience in the end and we will do it again soon. We had tons of fun. It really pays to organize a party with a positive attitude. If you don't dance at your party then why should others? Do You like raw fun? You are welcome to join us on the floor and meanwhile get ready with us on this blog.

Another party that's organized with a really nice atmosphere is on Friday in Tallinn, Protest. I haven't been to Protest or Korter before but I like the organizers and they promised that we'll have loads of UV paint to play around with. I'm signing secret autographs on you after the show. See you soon!

Are you ready for the rumble?

Fridays partys i n t r o d u c t i o n >

Remember how my live almost got cancelled? My laptop is getting surgery at the moment because a special party awaits to get jumpstarted. You can finally experience Barthol Lo Mejor and Sex Drive Live joining forces to give you hours of wild dancing. Thousands of lights blinking on their machines as they push just the right buttons to set the mood. I'll play when you are nice and warm. I'll take you there, around the block, to the fast food joint and then pass the bouncer and there again. Tartu, this friday in Plink Plonk. I play as the grande finale around 2 o'clock. Afterwards we'll continue to the afterparty at the nearby bar with the party people. Tell us in the comments if you are a party person.
How was your weekend? We enjoyed a very wild weekend with my Parisian friend. We only had the weekend together so we had to fit everything in there. Multiple bars with multiple choices of drinks the first night lasted until 6am. Curing the hangover in sauna and then the 50th birthday of a lawyer. We enjoyed good wine and lots of food there and prepared for the party. We managed to squeeze in and to meet some very interesting new people there. And when I say people I mean girls and when I say interesting I mean...
interesting. Continued the afterparty at the late night spot with the artists from the party and we left at 8am. When he woke up on sunday at 5pm he was still drunk.
If you need fuel to keep you going at nights then download my tracks from the player.

Remix for Daggers is on youtube now, see if you can understand any of the lyrics>

New tracks are released soon. Come back soon to know more and
to participate in the rumble of the late nights and wild music.

Back in Paris for wild Christmas

On the roof in Paris.

Caring means sharing and I care for you, my party animals. So I have decide to give you a wild Christmas. First, up on the right there's a player. It's for you, listen to it as you read this post. Now go push play and get hyped>
>
>
Second I'm gifting you 4 songs which haven't been available untill now but you've danced to them at my shows. To get the songs go here.

Y-mas song - we wish you a fast christmas this year. Gabber and x-mas go hand in hand don't they. Download it and add it on your X-mas playlist to give the party the needed extra energy. The lyrics are quite controversial.

Overdoze Winsky - was the first song I produced in Paris. It was 2008 in a small 8th floor studio. No elevator meant a good workout. Sharing the tiny apartment of 16 m2 with a girl, eating croissants and drinking cafe au lait. The Parisians, wine and autumn inspired this mellow gabber house. The title references the Finnish childrens book called the Crosstown Vinski which talks about a young boy who buys some magic powder from the pharmacist which makes him invisible and able to walk through walls. The majority of readers agrees that it's probably cocaine. In the book the chemist left and poor Vinski was cut off. In reality they found 50 kilos of cocaine in Tallinn today. Vinski would be happy to get some of that.

James Brown is drunk - was also produced in Paris. Inspired by the video about James Brown being drunk on tv, talking about shooting his wifes car and refusing to leave the screen. I woke up in my Paris studio(13 m2) one day and found a girl and a friend staying there with me. I made my way through the empty champagne bottles and imagine my amazement when I saw the video. I knew I had to make a track out of it and so I did. It also samples LA style - James Brown is dead and Bloody beetroots - i am not drunk.

Completely talentless - driven by frustration and produced in Paris in 2009. Still in my small studio and trying to express the emotion of the big city frustration in music. Metro at Barbès - Rochechouart with all the Africans, Moroccans and junkies. Crossing the crowded street with a big pink Tati shop on the other side. Imagine all that while listening to this track. At first I attempted to make the cheesiest track ever complete with ironic lyrics. I used the dog howl as a synth and from there it went towards breakcore. Me singing the original lyrics. Now you can come up to me and say: "You're the Completely talentless guy."

You like my page on facebook it's appreciated, you know first all the news. Don't use facebook? To still know what's going on - Join my mailinglist. You'll get an email or two a month with the show dates, releases and important news.

Delayed! Broken! Canceled!

Your computer output is broken, no soundcheck and your live is an hour later than planned. Does this sound like the start of the best party?
Well it was.
I used the Lexicon soundcard of the Krahl sound guy (thx). After Zebra and Snake I threw on the Tallinn Daggers remix and we went crazy. Even though the tempo and feel of my song was twice as ecstatic. You were crazy on the floor and I was crazy on the stage. For that half an hour we were unified in the beats. Dj Vattu came to give me a hand on knob twiddling and also a very refreshing zip of rum (various animals had drunk all the alcohol in the backstage).
not a photo of the best party

Hundreds of people at the party. The stairs too crowded to go downstairs to smoke or to listen to the reggae party below. Lots of cool artists in the backstage and among them Mia the superstar organizer who only ate caffeine and peach cigarettes and didn't allow her best friends backstage not to mention the groupies or the spaced out dancer-promoter guy. She was strict and it was cool like that. The act that cancelled was Henry, a good friend of mine from the Dance marathon (the blog post for that), but luckily he got to play the outro for the party. His ambient sweeping the room as the Mc rhymed and beatboxed and I was embracing my fans while Emer the star Vj accused me of being a rockstar. Which as you know I am not, but to be sure come and see next time as I bang my cowbell, the sister of all instruments. More on that next time.

A special thanks to all the friends that were ravin away. We will go crazy again soon and people who missed Tallinn, we'll meet in Tartu on the 10th in Plink plonk.

Did you miss the best party ever?

...Not yet and I sure hope you won't.
Take a shower! Because soon my bass will get you dirty ;)
The live is on the 20th November in Tallinn and where else than Von Krahl. Be prepared for another world as you enter. I will be up on that stage giving you the raw fun to dance to.
I will play after the foreign bands. First up are Zebra and Snake from Finland and the other band thinks that they are animals as well. Who are they?
you can try to guess...

iiiiiiit's Instrumenti from Latvia, two guys in Panda suits playing Indie dance.
So after they make you cry I make you dance!

As a girl once put it:
Barthols music is raw. I love that when I listen to it then I don't care for a normal life anymore. I just want to put on tons of make-up and wear high heels. Really high ones and smoke in a dimmed out room and just enjoy being vain. His music has got a sharp dangerous edge to it but gets me out of the everyday routine.

But don't believe her before you've seen me play live in full gear. A good friend of mine will come all the way from Paris to party with us. You know it will be wild, when we do it Paris style.
If you somehow did miss it in Tallinn then don't give up hope and come to Tartu on the 10th of December. As the next party will be there.

Meanwhile get prepared for the party with my:
And if you want the afterparties then follow me on facebook or blogger

When in Rome, party like the Romans do!

My stay in Rome was inspirational. The experience of living in a different culture and seeing people do things in another way really gives a new perspective on things. It could have been the sunglasses as well. For example the way they dress. As I discussed it with a local girl, in Estonia when you go shopping you say: "lets buy this, I haven't seen anyone else wear it" as in Italy they say: "lets buy this, everyone is wearing it". It reminded me watching the video that shows how the Benassi bros work on their tracks. Comparing it with how the Italians dress I can certainly see a pattern.

While there I went to see a concert by We Have Band, it has been a while since I have seen a famous band play. The Italian crowd was quite static except for the three hippies in front of me who were drinking peach vodka straight from the bottle (thanks for sharing). I liked the band and made it clear.

The Tallinn Daggers single has been released: http://www.tallinndaggers.com/?p=174 !
Check out my remix on it.
My new track YEAAAH!!! will be ready to be released soon, prepare yourself for the booming bass. You can hear it at the two upcoming LIVES, one in Tartu (December) and one in Tallinn(November). I will be sharing the stage with some of my good friends so the incredible party vibe will surely be there. More information as the dates approach.

I'm resuming work on the Lego video that has been on hold while I have been doing everything else. It's hard to find people to work with but I think it will be released soon. I haven't yet decided on the track that it will accompany but there will be music.
The auction didn't manage to sell my painting. Too bad! I will take the Island and paint two giant robots fighting in the sea. If anyone wants to get their hands on it then feel free to contact me.

Leaving Estonia!

photo: Alver Linnamägi

The art auction approaches and my dream island is waiting for a buyer. There's a photo of the exhibition opening from another newspaper. I'm in the middle. As it turns out I won't be here at the time of the auction. Instead I will be on another dream island - Sicily to be precise. Going there to rest from the hard fall weather. Walking in the sunshine eating pizza and enjoying fragolino. The auction takes place on the 8th of october in Hotel Dorpat 17:00.
The Tallinn Daggers single with my remix will be available soon. It will be released the second week of October. I am eager to hear the other remixes, one from my friend Kalvik and also to see the design. Even the sound of the track could be a surprise as I haven't yet heard the master.

In these past weeks I took a while to listen to new music in the trash/dirty electro scene and to feel the directions that the scene is going toward. I discovered some artists that I now like: Haezer, Dead disco drivers and Shekel to name a few. Their dirty electro sound inspires me to follow a similar direction although my music will bend a couple of rules in music. In addition I have been researching the technical aspects of sound, just reading FM and online forums. The information that is out there can be really confusing all together but there's a lot to be learned. "Learn everything you can and then forget it and do what you want" as someone put it. Reading something like FM really shows you what long way you have to go. Comparing the stuff they use to my gear is inspiring and frustrating at the same time. I will give it my best and soon you'll have a taste of the results.

You have read this post all the way through! To get my updates like my page on facebook and also take the time to suggest your friends that they should hear my music.

Landing a chopper with sound.

The Live at the helioport was a real experience. The sea breeze, the chopper and the guests lounging with the birthday boy. There were boats leaving and arriving as well and some fishermen who came to see what was going on. It took lots of drinks to keep warm but it comes with the job especially when playing in cool venues.

I decided to share a preview of the Röövel Ööbik remix which has not yet been released. It's the youtube video in the beginning of the post. It's a bit softer than my usual approach and has chilled vibe to it that can be enjoyed while à l'herbe.
I gained some insight into which direction pursue with my music so new tracks should be following soon and parties where those tracks will be played for your dancing pleasure. It will be the distorted bassline type of stuff in the lines of Proxy and MSTRKRFT I personally call it Drtylectro.

I'm playing live this saturday. This time in Tartu at a crazy party that's called Jurjev Supersonic 2. My design old school flyer is below. All the new remixes, fresh tracks and old classics will be played. See you there!

BTW if you haven't checked out Steve Aoki and Armand van Helden's collaboration on a track called Brrrat then be sure to do it. I've listened to it a hundred times already.

Justice - Phantom remix is out

Justice - Phantom (Barthol Lo Mejor remix) by kuusteist

I finished the Justice remix and it's nice and fat. I especially love the sound after mastering it with Izotope ozone. The remix wasn't planned as a remix. I just sampled Phantom and used those samples in a song that was supposed to be called Justice in my house, but when I listened to it I understood that everyone would recognize the samples so it had to be called a remix. I'm all about remixes these days. The Tallinn Daggers remix is finished and making its way through the path of a new song. I will play a live on the 4th of September at a friends birthday party. It is the first one in 6 months and it will take place on a helioport in Tallinn which makes it all the more interesting. Most of the live will be unreleased tracks and remixes, but some of the classic tracks will be included as well.
There is an art auction going to be held soon. It features art from young artists and one of my paintings is on sale there. I managed to get some media coverage for the auction and so I'm hoping to sell my painting.

The photos are my press photos by Gabriela Liivamägi.

My hot summer track spinning in France.

Yesterday I finnaly received my copy of the Europavox compilation. It's a festival that includes all genres and all European countries at the festival and on the compilation. I had tried to find it before on the internet but there's no mention of it. It's the first time that I have been featured on a compilation and I'm content that it's a French one. Other artists on the electro disc include Lo-Fi Fnk, Zombie Nation and Kissy sell out.

As the weather gets cooler I have more time to stay inside and work on my projects. I will probably send out the copies of my new novel to 3 publishers and see what they have to say. If all goes well it could be published before Christmas.
Also I'm continuing work on remixes. The Tallinn Daggers remix is almost finished and will be released in a couple of months on a single. There is at least one more remix that I'll be doing soon. It's a little bit early to talk about it but it will probably get released as well. So you will have some ear candy to listen to. Also I will make a little mix of the new tracks and remixes(including the yet to be released ones) and post it on my space soon.

In the past week I had two photo shoots and I should have the photos soon. The first one was with Gabriela Liivamägi and it involved a soviet playground and project housing and me playing the keytar and doing crazy stuff. It has a certain nostalgic vibe to it. This is a photo from an earlier shoot she did which I absolutely love and which inspired me to contact her.
The second shoot was with Timo Toots and it involved a field, an abandoned house and the railway. It will be interesting to compare the feminine and masculine POV. More on the photos when I get them.

Can you rest in summertime?

Lovely 30 degree weather outside as I'm sipping on a cold drink and making plans for summer. It's the time to swim, tan, visit people in the countryside and to have parties. We just spent 3 days in a friends summerhouse and It's really the best place with the sauna and the pool. Most of the time I'm working on my tan and backstroke cause that's what summer is all about for me. Resting from the hard winter. Also there are some parties taking place . On Friday I organized my first event. It was a party called Beatwave with me and three friends spinning records. It was a close call as I found out about my duties just an hour before the party. Everything was okay in the end.

It's been confirmed that my track Don't buy fun was released on the Europavox compilation in may. You can try to locate a copy. 1000 CDs were given to the press members at the festival. Also I'm remixing a couple of songs. There is a remix that is finished but hasn't been released yet but hopefully will be released on a disc if not then it will be available online. Another remix is soon to be finished and will most likely be released. Already the tempo is coming down in my music, for some of the remixes I should go as slow as 107(unimaginable).

The new live show will be mostly new songs and remixes but will feature the old classics as well. I'm also looking for a female vocalist as I would like most of the tracks to have some vocals.

I'm going to spend what's left of summer going to festivals and spending time with friends. Also I will work on tracks for the new album. Take Care!

If you have any questions, leave them in the comments.

Painting and music

I've been busy with painting for an upcoming exhibition in Kumu. It's the big national museum of art in Estonia. The dream of every painter. The opening is this Thursday. I haven't been painting for some time and it was cool to do it again. Out of 5 paintings I painted, 2 will be shown and one of them is the portrait of K8 Mosh. The exhibition will be in Kumu until 10.10.10 so go check it out.

I'm taking things to a different level and it will be influencing many aspects of my music. It is a crucial time in my music. As some of you know I'm changing the default tempo from my loved 150 to a calm 135 in the beat. The songs will get their power from the other instruments. Also I am putting more emphasis on having a vocal in my tracks. Some of the songs will have mine and
some will have female vocals. I am reworking some of the older tracks also which haven't been released. Among them also "Everyone's a princess", which is something to look forward to. Look out for my myspace as I will post some new tracks soon ;)

LIVE weekend

This weekend I am playing both nights in Tartu.

22/03/2010

rhythm of the dancer 133bpm

I haven't written in quite some time, because I've been busy with music and also school stuff.

The "Dance marathon" in Tallinn was a positive experience. Our dance was different from the others. Using more technology and contemporary imagery. My contribution was more on the music although I did move around aswell. We should have the dvd soon and we are planning to perform it elsewhere as well. Here are some photos from our rehearsal, sadly I don't have any pictures from the actual show.
After the dance marathon was over I rushed over to Salvador, because I had a live there. I had 40 minutes to get there and get groovin.

I'm working on some new banging tracks. I'm going towards more house sound (everything is house nowadays isn't it). The tempo will be more dancer friendly, it will be between 130 and 145 but probably be 133 in my live shows (bless abletons warp). A lot of bass will be present and also some brazilian influences could be probably found from the percussions. I'm also

Remixed

The main news is that I finished and uploaded my remix. I remixed Heat by Mimicry.
Mimicry is a contestant in the Estonian Song 2010 for Eurovision. This is not the song in the final, but another one. As usually(for the second time) I just used the vocals sang by the beautiful Kene Vernik.

A new remix is on the way for a famous Estonian artist not yet to be revealed;)
Also I am doing a dance show with a very talented dancer on the 20th of march in Tallinn. At the Tantsumaraton "Made in Estonia" in Kanuti Gild.

In other news, MTViggy blog has this to say about my music. It's a nice surprise to find something new said about your music.
"Lo Mejor incorporates trickles of conversation, old film clips, Gameboy soundtracks, cartoon wham-boom-pows, and jumpy 4-note basslines into his laptop-driven, synth mess."
...and...
"So why am I selling you a product that can get you sick? This is also a sound that’s guaranteed to get you and your futon-bound friends jumping around. "

On TV

I just finished watching my live on Tv. ALO Tv, the local channel just played my live from neljapäev with lazers, they will play it tomorrow 26.02.10 at 22:00, anyone in Estonia can see it. The youtube video is a part of it. The part where I play my first remix.

Today I finished my remix of Mimicry - Heat. It should be uploaded soon.

Tallinn Ego remixed

Back from Tallinn, yet another Live played. This time at a small thing with friends. I loved the fact that most of the people there were Russian. I feel that the Russian crowd is a very interesting one and it's too bad that I haven't had too many shows involving them. I definetly would like to, in the future. And lets face it, the girls are something else.

I had a fever. It really was too bad but actually in a way it was nice to just bob my head instead of jumping around. Okay okay, I actually did jump around the place with Iwan. Sending him a shout out for being at the party with us. His blog where he writes about his interesting technology based art. I had a worse fever a couple of years ago when I was reading in Kumu for a book presentation. My mouth was dry and I had to walk around not to collapse. And it's all on video.
Me with Reginleif

The theme for the party was Lego Ego. I always have one part of it with me ;) Of course I did get a little help from a friend or two - mixing rum, gognac, tequila and cider. The mood was set despite the fever and the party took off. Crazy lights and visualizations flashing everywhere, strobes firing. People jumping, playing with legos and old videogames. After me dr Esc and .Khi played.

A short clip from the event:

The first remix for Kassidele Iirised is finally online. Atm on youtube.

Theatrical live

What a hangover.
Saturdays live was really crazy. Partly because I started drinking and partying before my live. Me and Uku combined our forces and came up with a plan. He would Dj before and after me and my live would be the core(hardcore). He would dance and pogo around the stage while I played.
As we got to the venue things started changing. Soundcheck was supposed to happen at 20, but finally it happened at 21:30. Instead of the promised 80-90 minutes we were told shortly before that we could only play for 60 and some other issues. Now you see why it was crucial to start drinking before ;)
The look for this live was Hipster. A little goatee, wayfarers and a tracksuit(matching with Uku). We got on the stage right after the belorussian indieband (who had had a soundcheck for 1,5h) had put down their guitars. Of course if you check your stuff in the soundcheck, it won't be like that when you get back. There will always be an overeager musician moving your stuff around.

That hairball is Zuks

Once we got the live rolling the crowd came along real fast. Uku was in front of the crowd making his body do incredible things. I also managed to get my good friend TK on the stage, as she has the bad habit of asking me for something to drink while I am on the stage.
In the end it was Uku and TK dancing like crazy on the stage, me playing and pogoing in the background and the people partying along in the blue light. For the last track even the organizer came on the stage and we finished the live holding hands all sweaty and sweet. The next act was a hip-hop thing.

I finished the remix for Kassidele Iirised and it should be available soon. Also atm I am working on a remix for mimicry (Kene Vernik on the vocals) which is going to be Sick. There are still some things to figure out regarding the shirts.

Dancing in the Dark

I spent this weekend in Viljandi. I was there working on a dance project for this spring. I have a feeling that it's going to be good. I rather like experimenting with my body and movement. Maybe more on the dance act as it develops.
After that we used some of the equipment to shoot some sequences that could be used in a possible future video.

The other reason was to establish contacts with a local club to see if it was possible to play there.

In other news there are two new videos of my Lives. Rather short ones but nonetheless here they are. My next live will be this Saturday in Genklubi and I will probably have a surprise dancer on the stage. But it's a secret ;) Also I finished the design for my shirt, with some help from a couple of designers. If everything goes well, I will wear it this Saturday and soon fans can get it as well. Yes, both of them ;)
I promise it's awesome!

The first one is the NWL

The other one is from the airport bday party.

Photos from Lazers

The photos from my Live went up yesterday, and I just finshed going through them.
It seems that I inspired the theme with my pacman suicide pact jacket. Now there are millions of pacmans on the photos. This is Neljapäev with Lazers 18 barely legal ;)
If you were there then leave a Comment! If you were not, tooooooo bad ;)

And so I heavenly descended from the skies above with a million pacmans to bring the BOOM.
The little pacman about to bite the bullet.
My little striptease was very well captured by this photo. It's about as much of striptease as I have time for.

A perfect shot of my hands, the crowd dancing and the camera recording.
Live vocals on K8 MOSH and Don't buy fun, luckily I could remember the words.

Mowka wanted to do some MCing under the table.
Mowka is under the table MCing.

The glasses come off, the nerd french electro teacers pet leaves and the party continues in a more normal pace. All photos are by Mr Whip.

Also happy birthday to my favourite girl TK, who couldn't make it to this party, but surely will do it next time :)
